What ages are Teddy in Trouble products for?
Teddy in Trouble's products are designed for early chilldhood, which can range from the ages of 0 to 8. Within that range, specific age groups are listed under each product on our Shop page.
Does my child need an adult to do the activities?
Teddy in Trouble was created with the intention to bring adults and children together. Research shows that social interaction in the context of learning can lead to greater individual development. So, while children could complete the activities on their own (depending on their age), it is recommended that an adult guide them to think more deeply about the learning experience.
How much time does the Teddy's Sight Word Activity Box take to complete?
Teddy's Sight Word Activity Box consists of 50 sight words that are learned through books, flash cards, and hands-on activities. With consistency, the activity box could be completed in 3 months. Are Teddy in Trouble products safe for young children?
Our products have been thoroughly tested and meet all necessary global safety standards. Teddy's Sight Words Activity Box is recommended for children ages 3+ as the activities consist of small parts.

How do I check the status of my order?
After we receive your order, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive another email with the tracking information. If you need to update your shipping address or need assistance tracking your order, please email info@teddyintrouble.com.
When can I expect my order?
Under Standard Shipping, you can expect to receive your order within 5 to 8 business days after placing your order. This includes 2 business days to process the order and 3 to 6 business days to deliver. 
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping on all our products is free in the US!
What is your return policy?
All orders are final sale. Orders cannot be returned or exchanged as we cannot reuse items once they have been fulfilled. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, please email us at info@teddyintrouble.com and we will do our best to accommodate your concern. 
Do you offer international shipping?
We currentlty only ship orders within the US and do not ship internationally yet.
